The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. All returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and the product(s) must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). Special exceptions for returning your order may be made on a case-by-case basis. In this event, Delta Assault Technologies, Inc. will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at Delta Assault Technologies discretion. NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from Delta Assault Technologies, Inc. Authorization and shipping instructions may be obtained by emailing Delta Assault Technologies, Inc. returns@delta-assault.com Returns that are shipped to Delta Assault Technologies, Inc. by the customer without prior authorization will be subject to refusal of package, and will be returned to the customer. When returning the product(s), Delta Assault Technologies, Inc. requires that the customer use a shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, also insuring the package for the full value of the product(s). Using these methods will ensure safe delivery to Delta Assault Technologies, Inc. It is NOT recommended to ship the package via regular US Mail.
